I’ve always wanted to start a blog, but never felt I ever had the time that was necessary for me to be proud of the end result. I procrastinated for nearly 12 years as I worked as a speech-language pathologist. I initially worked in the public school system, then in private schools, and ultimately and currently in a pediatric therapy clinic. Oddly enough, I somehow found the time over the years to develop profiles on Teachers Pay Teachers, Pinterest, Twitter and Instagram. I’ve had so much fun working on those profiles that now I feel I have no more excuses. I no longer have school faculty meetings or IEP meetings to attend, so NOW is the time! Over the years, I’ve developed a passion for many areas in the field of speech-language pathology, education, and brain research. My hope is that this blog will be a useful resource for parents, slps, educators, and kids as a go-to for all things speech-language, as well other topics that interest me. I hope you ENJOY!
